Classic Diamond House Offers a Full 14 Day Return, 30 Day Exchange, and a Lifetime Upgrade Policy On All Orders!

At Classic Diamond House, we know how important it is to find the perfect piece of diamond jewelry. This is why we offer an unconditional return policy: should you be unhappy with your purchase for any reason (or even if you just change yy mind), you have 14 days to get your money back.

If it’s past the 14-day window, you still have options. We also provide 30 days to exchange your purchase for anything else in our store.

Our return and exchange policies are offered to ensure that anything you purchase from Classic Diamond House is done so with 100% confidence. These additional days after you make your purchase allow you to ensure that your experience at our diamond jewelry store was exactly what you were looking for.

Refund Policy

All refunds will be processed within two weeks, in the form of the original purchase method. Bank wires will be refunded via company check. If you are exchanging an item, a Classic Diamond House team member will contact you to confirm the return and help assist with your new order.

Return Instructions

If it’s within 14 days since you bought your item, you can return your purchase for a 100% refund. If it’s within 30 days, you can exchange your purchase for something else in our store.

To start a return or exchange, please call (888) 221-0111 for a RMA number. This number is required to allow us to process your return or exchange successfully.

Remember, your purchased item must be returned in the exact condition as it was received in order to receive a 100% refund or exchange.

To return an item, simply follow the return procedures listed below:

1. Contact our Customer Service department at 1-212- 221-0600
2. Advise the representative that you wish to return your order.
3. Within one business day of your phone call, we will email you instructions on how to safely and securely package your items.
4. Take your order and the label to the nearest shipping location and simply mail it back to us
